System was designed to enable scanning over large quantity of small objects, which are fixed on the top of Ø500 mm table (3P195-500). Table positioning done by XY system in 540 mm x 540 mm range using 8MT295X-540-2.5 motorized linear stage, table can also rotate 360° around Z axis continuously by 8MR190-90-4247 motorized rotational stage. On the X axis motorized stage 8MT295X-540-2.5 is coupled with linear guide 7LT-540-001. Scanning laser heads are mounted on horizontal rod 2SR32-150-NK using adjustable holder 3AP-001, which gives possibility to change alignment and X-axis position of laser head. Using right angle fixed post clamp 3RPC-32-001 the horizontal rod with laser heads can be adjusted on Z and Y axis.
